As of April 2010, Trollbeads distributor for UK and Ireland have imposed restrictions on who may sell Trollbeads online.
Disappointingly, the Suitor Gallery is not, at this point in time, one of the retailers who they are allowing to sell online. We are disappointed at this as we are a Gold Level Retailer, and offer a great 'Trollbead experience' to all our customers, many of whom had been asking if they could buy online from us. We hope that this situation will change at some point in the future.
As an alternative to online selling, we are providing an offline ordering system, and all Trollbead purchases will be immediately dipatched free of charge, where they are in stock, and if out of stock, we'll get them for you and (subject to availability) have them dispatched in (usually) 3-5 days, again free of charge.
As soon as we can implement, we will be creating a 'Trollbead pouch', into which you can put all the Trollbead products in which you are interested. This list will be accessible to both us and you, so you can ring us up and we can reference your list, so as to efficiently get your order dispatched. This 'Trollbead pouch' will later be integrated into a new Wishlist feature, which will be coming to the site at a later date. (There's a list of developments in the pipeline and I can't implement them all at once - sorry!)
We hope this current situation won't spoil your shopping experience with us, and we are aiming to ensure that offline ordering will get you the Trollbead products of your desire as quickly as if you had ordered them online.
